Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Any user who needs mobile app access for check-ins, patrols, or incident reporting. Supervisors with dashboard-only access don't count toward your guard limit. Need extra capacity? Add guard seats at $8 per guard/month.
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can purchase additional analyses at $0.50 each, or upgrade to a higher plan for better value.
All incident reports, patrol logs, check-ins, and evidence are stored for your plan's retention period. After that, data is archived but can be retrieved on request (Enterprise) or exported before deletion.
